REGISTRATION

Secondary Players are considered guest players for purposes of EPYSA tournaments and you must have their primary passes with you during the tournament.

Arrive at your game site at least 45 minutes before your first scheduled game.

Have the following ready to GIVE the person at Registration:

1)  Primary Player Passes, including primary passes for guests,
            and coach passes

2)  Medical Releases, preferably notarized

Once you complete registration, you will get the following "stuff":

     1)  Game ball for you "home" games
     2)  Pre-paid shirts
     3)  Coupons and flyers for local activities.
     4)  Complimentary copies of the tournament book

1)  The COACH RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
            with the signature of one of the coaches listed on the official stamped roster

2)  A copy of the team's official, STAMPED, ROSTER for us to keep
            with player uniform jersey #’s, INCLUDING GUEST player’s information
                    Guest name, player pass # and jersey # written at the bottom)   
            legibly hand written is fine
        Team player lists are NOT acceptable

3)  For teams outside of EPYSA a copy of the PERMISSION TO TRAVEL
