Subject: Acceptance to the Western Lehigh 2008 Fall Festival.
This is the 14th year of our tournament and we are full with 136 teams competing in age groups from U-9 to U-19. This is your official acceptance notification.

PERMISSION TO TRAVEL - these should already be complete for non-EPYSA teams. If not, HUSTLE.
SCHEDULES - I plan to post your team # and the site where you will play your 4 games by Friday night, September 19 (3 weeks before the tournament). VERIFY YOUR AGE GROUP in case of error. Once you have your site you can give your parents maps and directions so they know where they are going. Schedules are posted to our web, by site, as they are completed. All schedules should be posted by Tuesday, September 30.
MAILER - All coaches will be getting a mailer shortly with information about shirt ordering, advertising in our tournament book and our registration process. This information is also on our web site, for those who are anxious.

U-16, 17 and 19 coaches - you will be getting an additional email shortly with a request for information for the college coaches book that we prepare for all attending collegiate coaches.
If all goes smoothly, this will be the only e-mail you will get. Check the web site frequently for messages. The front page tells you when there has been a major update.
